Delivery Information
All orders received and paid for in full will be despatched within 24 to 48 hours.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Customers can expect delivery between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and within 2 to 3 working days from despatch. This excludes some areas in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
What to do if I receive an item damaged?
If an item is delivered damaged, you must sign for it as damaged goods and notify us immediately within 24 hours. We are unable to replace your products free of charge after this point.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged based on the weight of the product. We use different services and couriers depending on the product itself to ensure it arrives safely and securely with you. We endeavour to use the cheapest delivery costs possible when processing your order and our checkout will determine the best prices available and provide you with an option on how you want your order delivered.
